Tater Stroganoff is a twist on the classic Beef Stroganoff, replacing the traditional egg noodles with crispy tater tots. To make it, start by browning ground beef with onions and mushrooms, then add sour cream, beef broth, and seasonings like paprika and garlic powder. Meanwhile, bake tater tots until golden and crispy. Serve the creamy beef mixture over the tater tots for a comforting and flavorful dish that combines the richness of Stroganoff with the crunch of tater tots. It's a hearty meal perfect for cozy family dinners.
