1 pound hamburger 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cup water 2/3 cup ketsup 2 tablespoons mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups instant rice uncooked cheddar cheese cut into thin slices
Brown the hamburger and onion, drain off all great Add the water, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper, mix well. Bring to a boil.
Stir in the rice. Cover and remove from the heat, let stand for 5 minutes. Top with cheese slices. Cover and let stand for about 5 more minutes and the cheese is melted. Serve
