Cook 1 1/2 cups Macaroni for 7 minutes.
In a large pan cook together: 1/2 pound hamburger 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper Cook these until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain off all fat.
Add: 3 cups of tomato juice I always use no salt cooked macaroni 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed.
