Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet, over med high heat.
Add 1/2 pork tenderloin cut into this strips 1 clove minced garlic Cook for 3 minutes.
Combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/2 cup water 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch Add to the skillet. Stir for another 3 minutes. Until the meat is no longer pink.
Combine wear and cornstarch until smooth add to the skillet. Bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
