16 ounces linguine pasta cooked to al dente 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes salt to taste 28 ounce can of chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley grated parmesan cheese
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
Stir in garlic , ed pepper flakes and salt, cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes with the juice and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour over the warm pasta in a bowl and toss, serve with fresh parmesan cheese.
