Get five different types of olives and drain off all liquid.
Place in a bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seed 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Cover and place in fridge for 1 or 2 days.
Soak some wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.. Thread the olives onto the skewers.
Grill the olives for 2 - 3 minutes or until warm. Turning once.
