1- 4-5 pound Pork Roast 1 large onion chopped 1 1/2 cups Water 1 cup Vinegar 1/2 cup Catsup 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons dry Mustard 1teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon ground red Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Combine the ingredients pour mixture over roast cover and bake at 325 for 5-6 hours
Remove from oven let cool ~take meat and pull it apart discarding any fat you find ~ while i am doing this i place the drippings into the freezer to make it easier to get the grease off the top of the sauce ... add the meat back to sauce ... you can add more bbq sauce from a bottle if needed
stir well bake at 325 for 15 minutes
These are served on hoagie rolls or hamburger buns ~ they are suppose to be topped with cole slaw
