6 - 8 slices of FIRM white bread - do not use a soft bread 8 sausage links - sliced 4 eggs 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 2 cups milk 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded 1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.
Take your sliced sausage and fry for 2 - 4 minutes, drain off all grease. Trim the crusts off the bread, and fit the bread into thebottom of the greased pan. Sprinkle sausage evenly over the bread. Sprinkle both the cheeses over the sausage. Mix together (I use a blender), the eggs, mustard,worcestershire sauce and milk. Make sure it is well blended. Pour the milk mixture evenly over everything in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refigerator over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The top should be golden brown.
