12 ounces linguini 1 cup diced sweet red peppers 1 cup sliced snow peas 1 cup chopped broccoli 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Mix the following together in a small bowl: 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons sesame oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons water 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger root 1 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and put into a serving bowl.
Blanch snow peas for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, and add to pasta. Blanch broccoli for 3 minutes.Rinse under cold water, and add to pasta. Add parsley and green onions to pasta.
Pour the liquid mixture over the pasta and vegetables. Toss and serve.
