2 slices bacon, chopped (I used Hormel Real Bacon Pieces) 4 small Boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.) 4 ounces VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into1/2-inch cubes 2 tablespoons Chicken broth
Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
Add chicken to skillet; cook on medium heat until done.
Combine VELVEETA and chicken broth in small saucepan; cook on medium-low heat until VELVEETA is melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with bacon.
