1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded 1/2 cup bacon bits 2 teaspoons garlic powder salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons parsley 1 1/2 cups prepared instant potatoes. 1/2 cup butter melted
Prepare the potatoes as per the package. Add 1/2 cup melted butter.
Let cool slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spread in pan. I top them with corn flakes or crushed up Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
