A pineapple ham glaze is a flavorful combination of pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey, mustard, and spices like cloves or cinnamon. The sweetness of pineapple complements the savory ham, creating a delicious balance of flavors. To make the glaze, simmer the ingredients until thickened, then brush it over the ham before baking. The glaze caramelizes during cooking, adding a glossy finish and enhancing the taste of the ham. It's a classic and popular choice for holiday dinners or special occasions.
