6 tomatoes, chopped 1 red onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon chile powder 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix in the onion and garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 minutes. Then add the ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, honey, cayenne pepper, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 60 more minutes, then pour mixture to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
