4 medium russet potatoes cut into wedges 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 cloves minced garlic
Placed the potatoes into a bowl, cover with cold water. Let stand for 25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 435. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Drain the potatoes, pat dry to get most of the water off of them.
Put potatoes into a bowl sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Arrange seasoned potatoes in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
Bake them for 10 minutes. Then turn and sprinkle with garlic. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Turn the baking sheet for even browning and continue to cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve with catsup or ranch dressing.
