2 tablespoons safflower oil 2 tablespoons whole fruit raspberry preserves 1/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about half a grapefruit)
Whisk oil, preserves, and grapefruit juice together in a small bowl.
Drizzle over mixed greens or salad of your choice and refrigerate leftovers.
