25 lumpia wrappers 1 tablespoon oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 pound ground pork 1 small onion, chopped 1 cup green beans, chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups cabbage, shredded 1 cup bean sprouts 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 cups oil for deep frying
Preparation: Heat a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon oil. Add garlic and ground pork, cooking pork until done. Add onion and green beans. Add soy sauce and salt. Add remaining ingredients and cook until combined. Allow mixture to cool. Wrap in lumpia wrappers following instructions on package. Deep fry at 350 degrees F. until golden brown.
