1/2 pound prawns, chelled, deveined and boiled 1/2 pound pork, cooked and sliced 2 cups bean sprouts Rice Vermicelli, boil and rinse peppermint 1 package (25 sheets) rice paper sheets
Hoisin Sauce: 1 cup hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon chunky peanut butter 2 Tablespoon water
Preparation: Slice prawns in half lenthwise. Combine all ingredients except the rice paper. Soak rice paper thoroughly one at a time for 30 seconds in water. Wrap rice paper around the mixture.
Combine all hoisin sauce ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to cool before using. Serve rolls with sauce.
