1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 3 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard 1/4 cup honey 2 tablespoons apricot jam
Sprinkle chicken with paprika, pepper, and curry powder. Place in a roasting pan. Combine mustard, honey, and jam in a small bowl. Pour over chicken, and marinate for 1 hour or overnight. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 hour, basting often.

Thank you for this recipe. I add soy sauce to the chicken, which makes the meat softer and juicier. Instead of deep-frying, I cook in the oven, with less oil, but it tastes even better. The recipe is great, I'm going to try it too, I want something spicy.

Honey mustard chicken is a delicious and easy-to-prepare dish that can be enjoyed as a main course or used in salads, sandwiches, or wraps. To make honey mustard chicken, chicken breasts are coated in a mixture of honey, mustard, garlic, and other seasonings, then baked in the oven until tender and juicy. The sweet and tangy flavor of the honey mustard sauce pairs well with the savory chicken, making it a perfect dish for any occasion. Honey mustard chicken is also a great option for meal prep, and can be stored in the fridge or freezer for later use.
