6 tablespoons butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup half and half 2 tablespoons whiskey 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 tablespoon corn syrup
In a sauce pan melt the butter. Let cool slightly then whisk in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. This sauce may be made ahead and stored in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
