4 eggs
2/3 cups sifted flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2/3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons soft butter
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Butter well 2- 9" cake pans.
Put eggs in blender, and blend on medium until light yellow.
Set blender on low, and add remaining ingredients.
Process until smooth.
Pour into pans, and bake until golden brown. (about 20
minutes).
Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake 10 more minutes to set
bottom.
May be garnished with any variety of items, depending on your taste.
