Mix all together in bowl: Will be a little bit foamy. 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 1/2 cups crushed pineapple including the juice 1 cup chopped nuts
Pour onto a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.
Cool completely then frost
8 ounces softened cream cheese 1/2 cup softened butter 1 1/2 cups powered sugar Beat altogether until creamy and smooth. Frost the cake and sprinkle with additional chopped nuts if you want.
