I would like to share a recipe of a smoothie which i love the most. I usually do this smoothie once i return from my office( working as a writer for dissertation writing help). Here is the recipe: Ingredients are: Apple, banana, chikoo, Fig, cashews, and 3 dates,mint leaves, pistachios, almond. Blend the above ingredients except almond,mint leaves and pistachios with frozen milk with a scoop of lemon ice cream. Serve it with few mint leaves and roasted pistachios and almond.

Percolators Ground coffee is inserted above a water chamber. As the water boils it is forced up a tube and down through the coffee back into the compartment below. You can get stove-top versions or electric versions which contain a heating element.

I like to cook smoothie. It is healthy and easy in preparing. I use many ingredients such as Apple, banana, chikoo, Fig, cashews. I often take smoothie to my work at special botltes which i ordered on allinpackaging.co.uk/containers/bottle/ I like to drink it on lunch.
