Brown together 1 pound of ground beef and 1/2 cup of chopped onion.
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 tablespoon ketchup and 1 can of sliced mushrooms.
Heat through and serve over warm egg noodles.
