2 pounds of Salmon with skin left on 1/2 large onion finely minced ( i use onion powder) 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon lemon juice salt and pepper to taste
Mix onion, butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a small sauce pan until the butter melts.
Place you salmon FLESH side down on a hot grill and cook for about 10 minutes to brown the fish. Turn the fish over and spread the butter mixture over the fish, Continue to cook for 10 minutes, until the skin is crisp, and the butter mixture starts to bubble.
