IN A LARGE ZIP LOC BAG COMBINE THE FOLLOWING:
4 chicken breasts 1 cup low sodium soy sauce several dashed of garlic powder ~ to your taste minced garlic ~ to your taste dash lemon juice dash of oil of your choice
Squeeze all the air out of the bag that you can. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Put chicken on a foil covered baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
You can also grill or fry in a pan.
Serve with rice.
