1 pound pork 2 tablespoons oil 2 onions 1 glass jar sauerkraut 1 1/2 cup water salt paprika 16 ounce can of tomatoes 6 potatoes cubed wine sour cream
Cut the meat in to cubes and brown in oil. When the meat is brown add the chopped onions and sauerkraut. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add water, salt and paprika. When the pork is almost done, add the chopped tomatoes the potatoes. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Then add some wine to taste and sour cream if you like.
