1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup white wine or sherry 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1or 2 cloves garlic chopped 1/4 cup peanut oil
Mix the ingredients and pour over the chicken. Arrange on a broiling pan. Refrigerate from 1 to 24 hours. The chicken may be brushed with the marinade during broiling if you wish.
