4 pork cutlets 1 small onion chopped 1 can mushrooms 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup whipping cream 1/3 cup wine (dry) 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated) salt and pepper
Heat oil in skillet. Salt and pepper both sides of the meat Saute the cutlets until golden brown on each side. Take cutlets out of the skillet. Place them into greased casserole dish.
Saute the onions until golden, add mushrooms, whipping cream and wine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over cutlets and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for about 30 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
