1/4 cup water 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce 2 teaspoons minced garlic 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
Mix in appropriately sized Zip-Lock baggie. Add: 12 oz. pork tenderloin
Marinate. If frozen, thaw. Drain, reserving marinade. Roast, covered with foil in 425 degree oven for 15 min. Remove foil. Roast 15 min. more to 160 degrees on a meat thermometer. Bring marinade to a boil. Serve with rice pour sauce over meat and rice.
