3 cups cooked penne pasta 2 small zucchini 1 medium bell pepper 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette fetta cheese crumpled
Cut zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Toss and coat with 3 tablespoons of the vinaigrette. Place vegetable on a broil pan and sprinkle with pepper. Broil for about 10 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until vegetable are tender.
Mix vegetables with pasta remaining vinaigrette and feta cheese. Serve chilled.
